I just got done watching the Hall Of Fame ceremony and boy what a tear jerker. I am proud to say I kept it together for the most part though!LOL I've always loved wrestling. I got into watching it because of my brother back in 1998 I believe and I loved every minute of it. Obviously I didn't get to see Bret Hart when he was wrestling so seeing him tonight wasn't really a big thing for me. Even thought I know how huge it was for some people. And I have a lot of respect for the guy for showing up tonight. But, I was lucky enough to see Eddie in his entire WWE career. He was one of the best wrestlers of all time and never failed to make me laugh. I will miss him more then words can describe. All I know is he was taken way to soon. I wanted to get that all out because I needed to. Thankfully Wrestlemania is tomorrow night and I'm looking forward to it very much. But you still have to wonder how different would it be this year if Eddie was still around? That's all I can keep thinking right now. I know a lot of my LJ friends aren't into wrestling so this whole thing probably won't seem like a big deal to you guys.

On a lighter note, since May is almost here I'm hoping I get to see one of my best friends. I've known her for about 6 years now and last year she moved to Florida where she hates it. I haven't talked to her in a couple of months so I have no idea what she plans on doing.

I had completely forgotten about the Hall of Fame ceremony airing on USA until I switched it quickly caught the second half where they were Chavo, Benoit, and Rey were talking about Eddie. I also kept it together but a few tears came out especially when Vickie and Eddie's daughters came out. I still can't believe that he's gone. I miss him also.

It was great to see Bret Hart going to the ceremony. I was lucky to see him wrestle when he was still with the WWE. A true legend for the industry.

Hopefully you get to see your friend this May.
